Competition Preparation: Planning and coordinating training sessions leading up to competitions, including managing rest periods and tapering.

Performance Analysis: Analyzing athletes' performances through video analysis, data tracking, and other evaluation methods to identify areas for improvement.

Team Building: Fostering teamwork, camaraderie, and effective communication among team members.

Injury Prevention: Implementing injury prevention strategies and collaborating with sports medicine professionals to ensure athletes' well-being.
