Atlanta - Finance Associate (Mid-to-Senior-Level)

The new Atlanta office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior associate to join the Finance team. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 full years and up to 6 years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities. Experience in a large law firm Is preferred. Candidates must be an active member of the Georgia bar.

$235,000- $390,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
