Experience 6 to 8 years:
*Strong hands-on experience with Jira Data Center architecture and administration(Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Software Data Center, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence Data Center environments.)

* Expertise in Jira workflows, workflow schemes, permission models, automation, dashboards, reports, and Agile board configuration.
* Strong experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) administration including portals, request types, SLAs, queues, assets, and knowledge base integration.( Perform installation, upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities with minimal downtime.)
* Hands-on experience with ScriptRunner, Groovy scripting, Behaviours, REST endpoints, listeners, scheduled jobs, and scripted fields.
* Experience administering Confluence Data Center including space management, permissions, templates, macros, and content governance.
* Experience managing Atlassian Marketplace applications such as ScriptRunner, Tempo, Xray, JMWE, Structure, Rich Filters, and Timesheets.
* Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, Crowd, SAML, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
- Monitor application performance, JVM utilization, memory consumption, indexing, database connectivity, and application logs to ensure platform stability.
* Experience with Linux administration, application logs, JVM tuning, Tomcat, reverse proxy configuration (Nginx/Apache), SSL certificates, and load balancers.
