- Administer and configure Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo — workflows, schemes, dashboards, and permissions
- Lead end-to-end Atlassian migrations (cloud, server, or data center), including workflows, custom fields, permissions, and integrations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and upgrades
- Manage user accounts, groups, and access rights across all Atlassian platforms
- Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party apps and plugins
- Automate repetitive tasks using ScriptRunner and Automation for Jira
- Develop and enforce governance policies for tool usage and data management
- Provide technical support, training, and post-migration guidance to teams
- Partner with stakeholders and Atlassian support to minimize downtime and solve complex challenges
