Atlassian Developer Senior Analyst

We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator/Specialist with at least 2 years of experience managing and supporting Atlassian tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and maintaining Atlassian platforms to support business and project delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Jira Service Management.
• Configure and manage workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.
• Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot system issues, and implement upgrades and patches.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and access controls across Atlassian environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations with third-party applications and plugins.
• Develop and enforce governance standards, naming conventions, and platform best practices.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training to project teams and stakeholders.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks and continuously improve platform efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Stay current with Atlassian product updates and recommend enhancements to improve platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience administering Atlassian products or similar collaboration and project management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Jira Service Management.
• Strong understanding of workflows, permissions, schemes, dashboards, and automation.
• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace applications and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, ITSM, or DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Atlassian certifications are preferred but not required.

Preferred Common Background for Both Roles

• 2+ years supporting, administering, or migrating Atlassian environments.
• Experience in Application Support, DevOps, Software Engineering, System Administration, IT Operations, or Enterprise Collaboration Platforms.
• Exposure to Cloud migration, CI/CD tooling, ITSM processes, or enterprise application integrations.
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment.
