ATM Controller

Responsible for monitoring ATM operations to ensure service availability, transaction accuracy, and compliance with operational procedures. This role supports incident handling, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve ATM issues, monitors cash replenishment and maintenance activities, prepares operational reports, and contributes to the continuous improvement of ATM operational processes and service quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understands ATM operations and company business process flows
• Possesses strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Demonstrates initiative, proactive attitude, and problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented and well-organized in monitoring and documentation
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and operational monitoring systems
• Willing to work in shifts if required
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet service level targets
