Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ATM, kiosk and self-service channel applications and infrastructure.
• Own payment/ATM switch operations , transaction routing, connectivity and performance.
• Ensure 24x7 monitoring, availability and timely resolution of critical incidents.
• Lead incident, problem and change management , including RCA and permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with Cards, Payments, Core Banking, Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Operations teams.
• Manage technology vendors, SLAs, escalations and service reviews.
• Support new projects, enhancements, integrations, upgrades and migrations .
• Ensure compliance with Bank security, audit, DR and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation, proactive monitoring and continuous improvement .

Required Experience

• Years of IT experience, preferably in banking/payments .
• Strong experience in ATM, payment switch and self-service channels .
• Good understanding of card transactions, authorization, reversals, timeouts and reconciliation .
• Experience in production support, ITIL processes and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
