We are urgently hiring ATM Support Engineers (also known as ATM Technicians / Field Service Engineers) to join our team based in Johor Bahru and Taiping. This is a full-time, front-line role maintaining and troubleshooting our nationwide network of ATM machines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot ATM hardware and software issues on-site

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, parts replacement, and system updates on ATM machines

• Liaise directly with bank and client representatives to resolve issues quickly and professionally

• Work within SLA response and resolution targets, escalating and collaborating with the wider technical support team where needed

• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and job reports for every task

• Flag recurring issues and suggest process or maintenance improvements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in ATM support, field service engineering, or a similar hands-on hardware maintenance role

• Working knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and network/connectivity troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable working independently on-site

• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-facing manner

• Relevant technical certificate, diploma, or qualification (electronics, mechatronics, IT, or related field)

• Valid driving license and own transport — required for travel between sites across Johor Bahru and Taiping

• Willingness to be on standby and respond outside normal working hours when required
