Your mission: keep commerce moving and fun flowing. As a field engineer, you’ll be the on‑site expert who installs, services, and restores ATM and amusement equipment so customers get a seamless experience—every time.

Impact you’ll make

Core responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and bring online ATMs and coin‑op amusement systems.
  • Identify and correct mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
  • Execute preventative maintenance to reduce failures and extend equipment life.
  • Replace parts: bill validators, card readers, monitors, wiring, buttons, and other assemblies.
  • Perform software/firmware updates.
  • Restock and service equipment during scheduled routes.
  • Provide professional customer service and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class E driver’s license with a good driving history.
  • Mechanical aptitude plus basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and wiring diagrams (preferred).
  • Experience with arcade games, vending, kiosks, ATMs, or similar tech preferred—not required.
  • Self‑directed and comfortable working solo in the field.

Physical capabilities

  • Lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder work, and tight‑space access.
  • Prolonged standing and walking.

Work pattern

  • Monday–Friday.
  • One weekend every 3–4 weeks.
  • Emergency on‑call 1–2 days weekly.
  • Occasional overnight travel.

Rewards

  • $20–$22/hour, dependent on experience.
  • Company vehicle supplied.
  • Profit sharing.
  • 401(k).
  • Health insurance.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Twice‑yearly bonus opportunities.

What sets this role apart

  • Independence in the field and freedom from the desk.
  • New challenges daily across diverse equipment.
  • Chance to sharpen electronics, mechanical, and customer‑facing skills.
  • Stable opportunity with growth potential and comprehensive benefits.
