Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Attendance Officer to join our educational team. In this vital role, you will oversee student attendance records, monitor daily attendance patterns, and promote a positive attendance culture within the school community. Your efforts will ensure accurate record-keeping, encourage punctuality, and support student engagement and success. Responsibilities

• Maintain precise and up-to-date attendance records for all students and staff.
• Monitor daily attendance and identify patterns of absenteeism or tardiness.
• Follow up promptly with students, parents, or guardians regarding absences or late arrivals.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrative staff to address attendance concerns.
• Implement strategies to promote regular attendance and punctuality across the school community.
• Prepare reports on attendance trends and assist in developing intervention plans when necessary.
• Support the organization of attendance-related meetings or initiatives aimed at improving student engagement.
