Role Description This full-time Attendant role is an on-site position located in West Columbia, SC. The Attendant is responsible for guiding vehicles safely through the wash, assisting customers with instructions, payment options, and membership programs, and ensuring a clean, organized site at all times. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment visually, performing basic upkeep of the wash area, restocking supplies, and reporting any issues to leadership promptly. The role also involves delivering friendly, professional customer service, handling questions or concerns, and supporting team members during busy periods. Attendants are expected to follow all safety procedures, adhere to company standards, and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous, professional customer service, including clear communication and a helpful attitude.
• Comfort working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and moving equipment or supplies as needed.
• Basic mechanical awareness and willingness to learn car wash operations, equipment checks, and simple troubleshooting.
• Strong reliability and time management skills, with the ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate, take direction, and support coworkers during peak hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed for business operations.
