Attendant Wardrobe

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all internal guests are treated in a prompt professional and courteous manner

• Uses creativity to enhance Wardrobe department (i.e. decorating bulletin board, decorating hallway for holidays and creating fun and new ways to service our guests)

• Treats Team Members with a sense of caring and individuality while effectively identifying their specific needs.

• Inform supervisor of Team Member needs which may require special accommodations.

• Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment at all times.

• Consistently welcoming Team Members, seeking ways to make them comfortable.

• Presenting a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance at all times.

• Maintaining constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and informs guests.

• Ensures that all uniforms up to company standards.

• Exchanges clean uniforms for dirty as needed.

• Issues and inspects garment bags.

• Receives uniforms from all terminated team members and presents receipt.

• Exchanges clean uniforms for dirty as needed

• Issues and inspects garment bags

• All other duties as assigned

• Assist in maintaining all office functions such as filing and recording date for inventory, etc.

• Check in and distribute dry cleaning

• Cooperating and communicating with fellow team members in all departments and always striving for mutual respect and a feeling of camaraderie.

• Projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude.

• Accepting direction from supervisor and demonstrating ability to profit from constructive criticism.

• Contributing to the success of the organization by producing accomplishments rather than activities, completing your duties with enthusiasm and by helping fellow team members improve job skills and performance.

• Voluntarily assisting new team members to adjust to their work environment.

• Reporting for work on time and by showing flexibility to work overtime, and/or changing hours or days off.

• All other duties as assigned.

• Fill all uniform request from team members in a timely manner

• Inform Manager when supplies are needed in a timely manner

• Inform all team members of the 1 for 1 policy (turn in 1 get 1, turn in 2 get 2, etc.)

• Always show respect for team members visiting Wardrobe and ask if there is anything you can do for them before they leave.

Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Ability to operate certain identified equipment.
• Ability to distinguish between colors.
• Ability to work under time constraints and prioritize.
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised
