About Topline Home Solutions
TopLine Home Solutions is a home services company serving Calgary homeowners. We specialize in attic insulation, air sealing, mold removal, and GoNano shingle rejuvenation, a certified product line that restores and protects roofs without the cost of full replacement. Our Lead Generation team builds the pipeline. Our Home Energy & Roof Solutions Advisors turn that pipeline into results, one attic and one roof at a time.
The Role
TopLine Home Solutions is growing, and we are looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as an Attic Insulation Technician.
Our technicians help homeowners improve the comfort, energy efficiency, and protection of their homes. You will work directly in residential attics, installing blown-in cellulose insulation, completing mold-removal services, and assisting with other attic-related work.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that involves working in tight, hot, dusty, and confined spaces. Previous experience is not required. We provide paid training and are looking for people who show up, work hard, learn quickly, and take pride in doing the job properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Install blown-in cellulose insulation in residential attics
- Complete attic mold-removal work according to company procedures
- Prepare and protect customers’ homes and work areas before installation begins
- Set up and operate insulation-blowing equipment
- Remove, adjust, or redistribute existing insulation when required
- Inspect attic spaces and identify visible insulation, ventilation, moisture, or mold concerns
- Safely use ladders, hand tools, basic power tools, and insulation equipment
- Work safely in tight, hot, dusty, and confined attic spaces
- Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all company safety procedures
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with homeowners
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
What You Bring
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Flexible availability, as jobs may be scheduled any day of the week, including weekends
Comfortable working in tight, confined, hot, and dusty environments
Comfortable working on ladders and in elevated areas
The physical ability to lift more than 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical work
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
Good communication and customer-service skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and accept feedback
A professional attitude and appearance when working in customers’ homes
The ability and willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures
Experience Is an Asset, Not a Requirement

Construction or general labour
Roofing

Residential renovations
Operating insulation equipment
Working at heights or fall-protection training

Compensation
The position begins with two weeks of paid training at $20 per hour.
