Job Title: Attorney – Client Relations

Location: Onsite – Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱80,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Attorney – Client Relations to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong legal knowledge, and the ability to manage client interactions professionally and effectively. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely legal guidance to clients
• Handle and de-escalate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
• Review case details and provide critical insights to support case progression
• Ensure all communications meet high standards of professionalism and clarity

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law
• Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or similar roles
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a client-facing legal role
• Background in customer service or BPO industry is an advantage
