Experienced litigators with at least three years of civil litigation practice are encouraged to apply, and we welcome candidates who are eligible for or willing to pursue Arizona admission by motion or UBE score transfer in accordance with Arizona’s bar admission rules.

We’ll support you with probate, guardianship, and trust litigation training and a modern tech stack, including Clio Manage and WealthCounsel, so you can confidently transition into or deepen your experience. You’ll start with a dynamic mix of active litigation and informal probates while gradually transitioning to a more non‑contested probate caseload, all within a firm that prioritizes high‑quality legal representation, personalized client service, and a culture of integrity and expertise.

This is a full‑time role with typical hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, and can be performed fully remote from anywhere in the U.S., with the expectation that attorneys not yet licensed in Arizona will pursue Arizona admission and with optional hybrid time in the office for those based in or relocating to Arizona.
