Employment Litigation Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Side

Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: In-Office / Hybrid / Remote* - Fully remote arrangements will be considered for attorneys with significant California plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.

A well-established California plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative environment with no billable hour requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Develop case strategy alongside experienced attorneys
• Advocate for employees in employment disputes

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and litigation skills
• Plaintiff-side employment experience strongly preferred
• Wage & Hour, Class Action, and/or PAGA experience highly preferred

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
