Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Junior Attorney, you will support senior attorneys in managing complex cases, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and preparing for litigation. Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing legal documents such as contracts, motions, pleadings, and depositions
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies
• Support trial preparation by organizing case files, exhibits, and evidence
• Participate in court depositions and observe courtroom proceedings to gain practical experience
• Draft and review legal correspondence and client communications with clarity and professionalism
• Support attorneys in managing legal case files and maintaining accurate case management records
• Engage in statutory legal research across multiple practice areas including employment law, personal injury law, land use, and tribal regulations

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school or equivalent qualification
• Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with procedural law knowledge and legal motion preparation
• Prior experience in a law office setting or internship is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards
• Demonstrated interest or experience in practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers’ compensation law, patent law, or general litigation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
