Compensation: $80,000 – $350,000 + Bonus +Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and support a diverse caseload across multiple litigation practice areas

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and factual investigations

• Assist with hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

• Manage case files, calendaring, deadlines, and litigation support tasks

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and insurance carriers

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active membership in good standing with a State Bar (relevant to office location)
• 2+ years of legal experience preferred (strong early-career attorneys will be considered)
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $350,000 annually] . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
