Role Description The attorney will focus on family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related issues, while providing clear, practical legal guidance to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling clients, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate case files, managing deadlines, and communicating regularly with clients and colleagues to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
• Prior experience in family law or litigation is highly beneficial.
