Ladah Law Firm seeks to hire a full-time attorney to join our team of litigators. The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of experience as a litigator.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting briefs, motions, and pleadings, including motions in limine and trial briefs
• Arguing motions
• Conducting/defending depositions
• Appearance at Hearings, Mediations, Settlement Conferences, etc.
• Reviewing deposition transcripts and identifying critical testimony
• Assisting in all aspects of the trial preparation process
• Conducting legal research in order to draft original, creative legal arguments
• Preparing written discovery and responding to the same
• Managing litigation caseload with your paralegal
• Communicate with the clients during all phases of the litigation process
