Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel across a diverse range of practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive legal services that support our clients’ needs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in complex litigation, legal research, contract drafting, and client advocacy in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, thorough procedural law knowledge, and a passion for delivering impactful legal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and counsel on various practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury law, employment law, and general & commercial litigation.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and depositions with precision and clarity.
• Prepare for trial by conducting research on procedural laws, court depositions, and case management strategies.
• Represent clients in court depositions and courtroom proceedings with strong advocacy skills.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently through effective legal case management practices while maintaining meticulous records.
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain legal options and progress updates while ensuring their needs are prioritized throughout the legal process.

Experience

• Proven experience practicing in multiple areas of law including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal regulations, patent law, personal injury cases, employment law or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to handle court depositions and trial preparation confidently.
• Strong background in legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.
• Experience drafting contracts and legal motions with attention to detail and procedural accuracy.
• Prior work experience in a fast-paced law office environment with exposure to litigation case management.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to advocate effectively for clients across diverse legal issues.
• Familiarity with statutory legal research methods and procedural laws essential for effective case handling.

Pay: $87,606.82 - $105,504.99 per year
