This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented attorney with one to five years of litigation experience who is looking to build a long-term career in construction law while working alongside some of Florida's most accomplished construction litigators.

This position offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, exceptional mentorship, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile disputes involving commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of construction litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Work directly with clients, experts, contractors, design professionals, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy.
• Manage cases efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in The Florida Bar.
• One to five years of litigation experience, with construction litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Motivated to develop a long-term career in construction litigation.
