Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses
Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and insurance adjusters on behalf of clients
Prepare cases for trial including exhibit preparation, witness preparation, and trial strategy development
Try cases to verdict in state court — first-chair trial experience is a significant asset
Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, and other case documentation
Communicate consistently and professionally with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process
Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff to manage case workflows efficiently
Meet deadlines, manage statutes of limitations, and maintain accurate case management records
