Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Attorney to join our legal team, dedicated to providing expert legal counsel across a broad spectrum of practice areas. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies and statutory interpretations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and participating in trial preparation activities.
• Represent clients in court depositions, hearings, and litigation proceedings across multiple practice areas including, employment law, family law, INjury Law and more.
• Provide expert legal counsel to clients on issues related to estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant disputes, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and general & commercial litigation.
• Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software while maintaining meticulous records of all case activities.
• Engage in client communication by explaining complex legal concepts clearly and building strong professional relationships.
• Assist with procedural law compliance and statutory legal research to ensure adherence to jurisdictional requirements.
• Support the firm’s advocacy efforts through effective legal writing, motion preparation, negotiation strategies, and courtroom presentation skills.

Experience

• Proven experience practicing law with a focus on personal injury law, employment law cases, or general litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle court depositions confidently and effectively manage trial preparation tasks.
• Extensive knowledge of procedural law across various jurisdictions combined with experience in contract drafting and legal negotiation.
• Familiarity with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw is essential for supporting case development.
• Prior experience working within a law office environment with exposure to client communication and legal administrative processes.
• Strong understanding of statutory laws across multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, tribal regulations, patent law, workers' compensation law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, employment law cases, and personal injury cases.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues critically while maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
