Boutique creditor's rights law firm specializing in real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, landlord tenant and related civil litigation has immediate opening for a full time attorney.

Admission to New Jersey bar required.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of advice;
• Strategizing on how to resolve client's cases in a favorable and cost effective manner;
• Drafting legal pleadings, including complaints, briefs and settlement agreements;
• Court appearances.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
