Attorney

An established Ohio-based estate planning and business law firm is expanding its Southwest Florida (Bonita Springs area) office and is seeking an attorney to join the team.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and driven, personable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. A strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude are essential. While practice area experience is flexible, alignment with the firm’s core values is required:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with estate planning and business law matters
• Meet with clients and assist in gathering necessary information and documentation
• Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, business formation documents, and contracts
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos as needed
• Participate in client meetings, networking events, and relationship-building activities
• Collaborate with team members across offices to ensure consistent service and communication
• Support business development efforts in the Southwest Florida (Bonita Springs area) market

The position offers mentorship with the opportunity to develop a personal network with the support of an established client base and referral sources already in place in Southwest Florida (Bonita Springs area).
