Attorney

Attorney — Calabasas, CA (Full-Time)

We are looking for attorneys who want to help people injured by the negligence of others. We welcome both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.

Compensation

• $100,000–$190,000 per year, depending on experience
• Bonus structure in addition to base salary

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Representing clients in depositions, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their case
• Collaborating with other members of the legal team to achieve successful outcomes for clients
• Staying up to date on California laws and regulations relevant to personal injury cases

Qualifications

• Admission to the California State Bar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Negotiation skills
• Litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials, is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
