Shipwash Law Firm PA is looking for a driven and skilled Attorney to join our team in Maitland, FL. Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, ensuring timely and effective legal representation
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analyze applicable statutes, regulations, and case law
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Counsel clients on legal rights, options, and strategies in a clear and professional manner
• Collaborate with firm staff, paralegals, and senior attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation in compliance with firm standards

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
