A highly regarded elite litigation boutique in Dallas is seeking junior associates to join its rapidly growing complex commercial litigation team.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with trial partners on high-stakes matters in a mentorship-driven, collaborative environment . The firm offers the rare combination of Cravath-level compensation, early hands-on experience, and a culture that feels genuinely close-knit and supportive.

Ideal candidates will be 2023–2025 JDs (or outstanding federal clerks) with strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in litigation.

- Compensation (Cravath Scale):

2025 (1st Year): $225,000

2024 (2nd Year): $235,000

2023 (3rd Year): $260,000

2022 (4th Year): $310,000

2021 (5th Year): $365,000

- Role: Commercial Litigation Associate with exposure to a wide range of complex disputes and direct partner collaboration

- Location: Dallas, Texas
