Qualification Standards:

Education: Bachelor of Laws

Training: 16 hours of relevant training

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

Eligibility: RA 1080 (Bar)

Job Description: Leads and supervises the provision of authoritative legal advice to Management and the Board on complex corporate, operational and policy matters; ensures consistency in legal interpretations and compliance with applicable laws and corporate governance standards. Ensures that management decisions and organizational policies are legally sound, compliant with applicable laws, and aligned with institutional objectives. Represents the Fund in inter-office and inter-agency consultations, and coordinates with internal departments to maintain consistency and integrity in the Fund’s legal positions.
