We are looking for an experienced AU Manager – Procurement to lead procurement activities for defined categories and drive category management maturity, sourcing performance and savings/value contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and performance for defined categories
• Develop strategic and tactical category plans
• Drive global sourcing projects and savings/value contribution
• Manage key & strategic supplier relationships and escalations
• Lead supply-risk management and mitigation actions
• Monitor savings and value contribution through PDCA
• Build external supplier networks and identify value-add opportunities
• Support talent management and coach category team members
• Monitor procurement KPIs and category performance

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant Procurement experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and global procurement processes
• Understanding of markets, bidding strategies and negotiation methods
• Strong supplier relationship and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of relevant procurement IT applications
• Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience managing complex operational, financial and business requirements
