 Key Responsibilities 

Lift Stock Procurement

• Raise and process purchase orders for full lift stock based on required minimum stock levels, Sales Manager forecasts, and manufacturing lead times.
• Track open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery status and ETAs.
• Communicate order updates and delivery timelines to relevant internal stakeholders.

Spare Parts & Inventory Replenishment

• Maintain spare parts inventory in line with established minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Place regular orders to ensure parts availability for service jobs and customer requirements, accounting for international supplier lead times and shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels against min/max parameters and trigger replenishment orders as required.
• Identify stock shortfalls and escalate exceptions to the Head of Supply Chain.

Administration & Reporting

• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate stock requirements and delivery expectations.
• Act as the first point of contact for routine supplier queries relating to order status and delivery, escalating pricing, contractual, or service issues to the Head of Supply Chain.
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, lead times, and product data.
• Reconcile purchase orders against delivery dockets and invoices.
• Assist with reporting on open orders, delivery performance, and inventory status.

**Qualifications, Skills And Experience**

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain required.
• Familiarity with purchase order processing and ERP/inventory management systems; experience with Simpro software highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks with minimal supervision.
