AU Project Engineer

Job Title: AU Project Engineer
Location: Onsite - San Fernando, Pampanga
Hours: 7AM - 3PM, Mon to Fri

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team - preparing work packs, supporting project coordination and ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained in the process. Working closely with our Australian-based project managers and engineers, you'll be contributing to the delivery of steel fabrication and mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Process material take-offs and parts lists
• Liaise with client representatives on technical queries, inspections, project scheduling, and coordinating deliveries
• Develop and review documentation necessary to support work carried out on-site and in the shop
• Prepare and update project schedules as required
• Maintain corporate and project-specific documentation, including review of Manufacturer's Data Reports (MDR)
• Prepare and sort source documents, and liaise with document preparers to resolve queries, inconsistencies, or missing data
• Maintain the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Corrective Action Request (CAR) registers
• Help establish and maintain a QA/QC audit system and equipment calibration system
• Support cost control engineering and project scheduling
• Support general operational requirements as directed

Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• 4+ years’ experience supporting engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledgeable in Australian standards
• Strong understanding of project documentation processes
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Experience with document control, QA systems, or MDR compilation is highly desirable
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
