About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auction Support professional to assist in the production of our auction catalogues for both Hong Kong and global auctions. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and quality of wine notes, verifying data, and supporting various administrative tasks essential to our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and formatting of auction catalogues for HK and global events
• Ensure timely and accurate publication of auction materials
• Curate and integrate wine notes from renowned sources
• Gather and analyze data
• Utilize competitive insights to enhance catalogue offerings
• Manage catalogue mailing processes and logistics
• Process CEO expenses
• Purchase office supplies
• Coordinate promotional tasters
• Provide assistance with ad hoc requests from the team
