Auction House Team Member

Location: Vancouver

Position Overview: We are looking for an Auction House Lead who is eager to learn, has strong organizational skills, and can handle a variety of tasks with efficiency. This role involves assisting in the setup and organization of auctions, photographing items, managing item descriptions, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

• Understanding of Excel Sheets

• Fluent in English
• Has attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and setting up auctions.
• Take high-quality photographs of auction items.
• Input accurate descriptions of items and upload information to our system.
• Organize customer pickups and manage the scheduling process.
• Interact with customers and the public in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OneDrive.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when needed.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
• Experience or knowledge of the auction industry is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of antiques, collectibles, or memorabilia is a bonus but not required.
• A PLUS - if you can drive and have a car.
