Responsibilities:
- Consignment & Sourcing: Find, evaluate, and source items (luxury goods) from collectors, galleries, and estates.
- Research & Due Diligence: Verify authenticity, check provenance, write condition reports, and draft catalog essays or biographies if necessary.
- Cataloging & Production: Assist in coordinating of photography, measurements, and layout for print or digital auction catalogs.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), guide buyers and consignors, and assist with telephone or live bidding.
- Sale Execution: Help run live and online sales, monitor bids, manage post-sale settlements, and track market pricing trends
