Auctions Coordinator

30 hours per week | Monday to Friday | EVES House, Tauranga

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Auctions Coordinator to become a key part of the EVES team. Partnering with the Auction Manager and working closely with salespeople and branch teams, you’ll help bring everything together before, during and after auction day.

This is a varied role for someone who loves being organised, enjoys working with people and gets real satisfaction from making sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be.

What will you be getting involved in?

You’ll be right across the weekly auction process, helping coordinate everything from preparing for upcoming auctions through to auction day support and wrapping things up afterwards. Along the way, you’ll keep auction information and documentation up to date, prepare communications and reporting, work closely with the Auction Manager to keep the weekly auction programme on track and help coordinate auction content alongside our Marketing team.

There’s also plenty of opportunity to bring your ideas to the table. We’re looking for someone who will spot ways to make processes simpler, smarter and more efficient, rather than just continuing to do things because “that’s how they’ve always been done.”

This isn’t a role where you’ll be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be closely involved in the auction process and working with people from across EVES to help deliver a professional, well-organised auction experience.
