The Role

As Audience & Segmentation Manager , you’ll take real ownership of the audience and segmentation strategy, turning behavioural, transactional and lifecycle data into actionable customer audiences. You’ll build the frameworks that shape targeting, personalisation and lifecycle engagement, working across CRM, Insights, eCommerce, Digital and Technology while developing capabilities across Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein and Agentforce. This is a chance to genuinely build, evolve and influence how a major retailer understands and engages its customers.

The Person

The Audience & Segmentation Manager will be a strategic, analytical and commercially minded customer expert who loves getting under the skin of customer behaviour. You’ll bring strong experience across CRM, customer insights, segmentation and audience strategy, alongside experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or another CDP/activation platform such as Hightouch, Braze or Iterable.
