Project Completion Coordinator – Audio & Publishing

We have the projects. We need someone who knows how to get them across the finish line.

We are looking for a hands-on Project Completion Coordinator to take audio, publishing, and personal-development projects already in progress and move them through production, completion, and publication.

This is not just an administrative position. We need a project completer—someone who can quickly understand where a project stands, organize what remains, solve problems, coordinate with others when needed, and get it finished.

Projects include:

• Audio recording, editing, mixing, and production
• Audiobooks and digital audio programs
• Amazon KDP, ACX/Audible, and digital publishing
• Music selection and licensing documentation
• Books, artwork, audio files, and other digital content
• Coordinating with audio producers, editors, designers, and freelancers
• Using AI and other digital tools to help move projects forward

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience or strong interest in audio production, publishing, or digital media
• Is comfortable with computers, digital files, and learning new software
• Is organized, resourceful, dependable, and communicates well
• Can work independently and figure out the next step
• Most importantly, finishes what they start

Experience with Audacity or other audio software, Amazon KDP, ACX/Audible, Canva, AI tools, websites, or digital publishing is a plus.

We have several projects already at various stages of development and more coming. This position has the opportunity to grow as our audio and publishing business grows.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
