Audio and Visual Installation and Service Engineer

OTE £40k (Overtime based not bonus)

Pixel believes that all staff, including our field based Engineers should be able to enjoy life outside of work. Wherever possible, we plan our work 2 weeks in advance, so that you have a good understanding of your work schedule in advance. Our team is resourced so we can aim for you to return home each evening, rather than spending week after week working away or lengthy amounts of time driving.

While occasional overnight stays may be required, our aim is to minimise them and provide our engineers with a healthy, sustainable work–life balance.

We also make sure that our team is paid fairly by tracking working hours to the contracted 37.5, and paying an hourly rate for any extra hours worked above this. This is in addition to the OTE potential when taking overtime shifts available. This role involves driving and stays away so you must be comfortable with this.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Delivering on-site installations
• Service support of AV equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with AV and IT equipment, with the support of our UK helpdesk team
• Completing reports using our online systems
• Following the relevant Health & Safety codes of conduct
• Attending regional team meetings

Core hours are Monday to Friday, and in return for the above duties, you’ll be supported by a friendly and experienced team, as well as receive:

• £30-33k p/annum basic salary depending on experience in AV Installation
