Audio Sales Technician

About the role

We are a Singapore-based distributor and retailer of premium, award-winning lifestyle and audio brands. We are looking for a diligent and sales-driven Audio Sales Technician who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and achieving results.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their needs

• Recommend and demonstrate suitable products

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities

• Troubleshoot and service products

• Setup and install products at customers' places

• Support product launches, promotions and customer events

• Coordinate and execute deliveries, installations and after-sales matters

About you

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Confident, friendly and service-oriented
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Responsible and diligent
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Interest in premium lifestyle, audio or consumer electronics products is an advantage
