Job Description

• After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Audio Tech Sales Director to join their team in APAC.
• Define and execute regional sales strategies across APAC, aligning with global targets and driving revenue growth.
• Lead and inspire the sales team and senior managers, fostering motivation and maximizing talent potential.
• Represent the company at the executive level with clients, building and maintaining world-class customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends and disruptive forces in the audio industry, using insights to guide strategy and talent development.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.
• Provide training, mentorship, and negotiation support, ensuring alignment with global headquarters.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Extensive experience in audio technology sales (consumer, professional, or enterprise), ideally within multinational environments.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Deep knowledge of APAC market dynamics and audio industry trend
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are an advantage
