Audio Technician

About the role

Million Entertainment Inc. is looking for a reliable and skilled Audio Technician to join our entertainment and production team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio equipment to create high-quality sound experiences during live streams, events, and performances.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain microphones, mixers, speakers, amplifiers, and other audio equipment
• Manage sound levels and ensure clear, balanced, and high-quality audio during live streams, events, and performances
• Conduct sound checks and test all audio equipment before every production or live session
• Monitor audio throughout live broadcasts and performances and make real-time adjustments when necessary
• Troubleshoot microphone, mixer, speaker, connectivity, and other audio-related technical issues
• Coordinate with hosts, performers, live stream operators, and production staff to ensure smooth audio operations
• Prepare and organize audio equipment before and after every session
• Maintain and properly store all audio equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition
• Assist with recording, playback, and other audio production requirements
• Follow production schedules, technical instructions, and company standards

About you

• Experience as an Audio Technician, Sound Technician, Audio Engineer, or similar role is an advantage
• Knowledge of audio mixers, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and basic sound systems
• Familiarity with live streaming and broadcast audio is a plus
• Basic knowledge of OBS Studio or other streaming software is an advantage
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
