Audio Visual Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

• Capture high-quality media: Shoot professional photos and videos of doctors, patient success stories (ensuring proper consent), internal events, and health campaigns/special days.
• Manage shoots end-to-end: Plan production logistics, handle equipment setup, optimize multi-point lighting, frame compelling compositions, and ensure crisp audio recording.
• Maintain quick turnaround: Deliver fast-paced editing and real-time coverage for high-priority events or breaking social media trends.

Post-Production & Editing

• Video Editing: Edit long-form and short-form video content tailored for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal communications, incorporating brand elements, subtitles, graphics, and music.
• Photo Retouching: Edit and color-correct photographs to meet strict branding standards for brochures, websites, offline marketing assets, and press releases.

Collaboration & Asset Management

• Cross-functional teamwork: Partner with the branding, content, and digital marketing teams to bring monthly content calendars and campaign goals to life.
• Digital Archiving: Maintain a meticulous, well-organized archive of all raw and edited footage/images, ensuring secure backups and easy retrieval.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or Video Editor (healthcare or corporate environment is a plus).
• Technical Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating expertise in video production, lighting setups, audio recording, and high-end photo retouching.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom).
• Equipment Knowledge: Deep understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, various lenses, gimbals, lavalier/shotgun microphones, and studio lighting.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, structural organization, and the ability to handle sensitive patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
