Audio Visual (Project Based)

1. Lead the end-to-end video editing process for marketing, social media, and festival-related content
2. Develop creative video concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand identity
3. Ensure timely delivery of all video assets across campaigns
4. Maintain creative consistency and brand guidelines across all video formats
5. Review industry trends and introduce innovative editing techniques
6. Analyze performance insights to improve creative strategy and execution
7. Support the team with creative inputs that enhance engagement and storytelling
8. Ensure adherence to timelines, schedules, and internal communication requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Film Editing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or related field

3+ years of professional video editing and creative content experience

Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools

Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadline

Strong communication and collaboration skills
