LIFE IN THE ROLE

Join our Audio Visual (AV) & Broadcast team as an AV Services Manager on a 12-month parental leave contract and play a key role in delivering exceptional AV experiences across ATC's iconic race days, corporate events and venue activations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the key liaison between clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand, communicate and deliver AV requirements.
  • Manage ATC-owned AV and LED assets, including bookings, utilisation, scheduling and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate technical crew and event-day AV operations, including digital signage requirements and supplier support.
  • Oversee AV and Broadcast administration and purchasing processes, including purchase orders, requisitions, supplier coordination and process improvements.

  • Experience coordinating AV requirements, suppliers and event delivery outcomes.
  • The ability to interpret client requirements, technical quotes and service requirements.
