Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AV/VC Operations Tier 2 Technician for onsite enterprise AV support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 AV/VC break-fix, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Support conference rooms, meeting spaces, digital signage, LED walls, and specialty AV areas.
• Perform room sweeps, preventive maintenance, event setup/tear-down, and onsite event support.
• Troubleshoot microphones, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, displays, video conferencing systems, AV racks, and related equipment.
• Support AV installation, commissioning, testing, equipment replacement, and RMA activities.
• Perform cable installation and management for Ethernet, audio, and power.
• Work with Tier 3/client engineers on complex issues.
• Manage tickets, documentation, inventory, and equipment storage.
• Follow all client technical, security, and safety standards.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on AV/VC operations experience.
• Enterprise/corporate AV environment experience.
• Strong conference room AV and video conferencing troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with AV installation, commissioning, and break-fix support.
• Understanding of audio/video signal flow and basic networking/AV-over-IP.
• LED wall troubleshooting experience preferred/required.
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, and operate basic power tools.
• Field related certificate or previous experience is MUST.
