Audio Visual Technician

We are partnering with a prestigious international law firm seeking an experienced Audio Visual Specialist to support conference room technology, executive meetings, videoconferencing, and special events. This is a hands-on, highly visible role providing white-glove technical support in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot AV systems, conferencing technology, and meeting room equipment.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and integrated AV platforms.
• Maintain and upgrade AV equipment, including cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems.
• Deliver high-touch support to executives, attorneys, and clients.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of enterprise AV support experience.
• Experience with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Cisco, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of AV-over-IP, audio processing, and network connectivity.
• Dante and Biamp experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
