Audio Visual / Unified Communications Support Engineer

We are looking for an

Audio Visual / Unified Communications Support Engineer

to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise collaboration and conferencing technologies. The role will focus on

Cisco UCM, Cisco Webex, video conferencing, meeting-room systems and collaboration platforms

.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM/CUCM)

.

Support

Cisco Webex Cloud

and Webex Room devices.

Configure and troubleshoot

Cisco video conferencing systems, codecs and collaboration endpoints

.

Support integration and interoperability between

Cisco UCM, Cisco Video Conferencing, Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams

.

Troubleshoot

SIP, H.323 and video conferencing protocols

.

Provide

L2/L3 operational support

for meeting rooms, AV systems and collaboration technologies.

Support Cisco Room Series, Webex Room devices, codecs, cameras, microphones and related peripherals.

Plan and support

AV/VC technology refresh and upgrade projects

.

Provide technical support during

client meetings, corporate events and other high-profile events

.

Work with global design, workplace/Places teams and AV vendors to ensure meeting-room designs and implementations meet technical standards.

Manage incidents, service requests and changes in accordance with established IT processes.

Perform troubleshooting and coordinate with internal teams and vendors for resolution.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

Cisco UCM/CUCM

.

Experience supporting

Cisco Webex and Cisco video conferencing solutions

.

Knowledge of

Cisco Room Series, codecs and collaboration endpoints

.

Good understanding of

SIP, H.323 and video conferencing technologies

.

Experience with

Zoom and Microsoft Teams interoperability

.

Basic understanding of

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS and VLANs

.

Experience in

incident and change management

.

Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

Cisco certifications such as

CCNA/CCNP

are advantageous.

Experience supporting enterprise meeting rooms and AV technologies.

Experience working with global teams and external AV vendors.
