Audio-Visual/ Video-Teleconference (AV/VTC ) Technician

Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, maintain, conduct preventative maintenance, install AV/VTC products • Resolve Helpdesk tickets for AV/VTC issues; troubleshoot; assist customers with AV/VTC operations; support 50+ conference room/ auditoriums. • Assist VIP events with AV/VTC event streaming, presentations, and video-audio technical assistance. • Demonstrated the ability to provide superior customer service and use political tact in professional dealings. Full-Time, Mon- Fri, 8 hours between 6am – 6pm. On-site work Qualifications: • 3-5 yrs experience; working knowledge of AV/VTC systems with federal agencies • Secret clearance • Certifications: SEC+ or CTS. • No college degree.
